Bonfium ("we") is a pre-launch escrow service for person-to-person trades. This policy covers the Bonfium website and waitlist. Contact: hello@bonfium.com.
If you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit: your email address and, optionally, your country and trading role. We do not require an account and we do not collect payment or identity data at this stage.
Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. acting as our data processor, and stored securely. We use your email only to contact you about Bonfium's launch and your invite. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
This website does not set tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@bonfium.com. We will remove you from the waitlist on request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Waitlist data is kept until launch invitations are completed or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
When the Bonfium service launches, this policy will be replaced by a full privacy policy covering the escrow service, identity verification, and payments.
